Welcome to Craft! We are a chef-run Sandwich Shop with a focus on cooking techniques and flavour. Our sandwiches are lovingly whipped up from scratch with fresh ingredients and exciting combinations that will have you questioning why you ever settled for a boring old sandwich.
And it's not just sandwiches - we've got great coffee, croissants, muffins & sweet treats to enjoy.
So choose a sandwich, come and chill with us or grab one to takeaway freshly prepared just for you. We do get busy around peak times so avoid the queues and pre-order for collection!

Our Story
Hi, we are James & Hanna! Together we are passionate about good food and good service. James, a chef, originally from Ryde has a fine-dining background working in various restaurants both on and off the Island as well as spending a few years travelling. James is bringing inspiration from his travels and returning to his roots in Ryde by taking a simple concept and elevating it with cooking techniques and attention to detail.
Hanna, originally from Kent, moved to the Island at the end of 2020 and has also spent many years working in various hospitality venues.
We have worked together for the last few years and decided it was time that we took the leap and did it for ourselves...so here we are!
